Please be advised that our callout charges have changed and the following standard schedule of rates are currently applicable.
Regular After-Hours Service – $300 + GST
Public Holiday After-Hours Service – $500 + GST
Delivery Fee – $POA (Subject to availability / urgency)
Whilst these changes represent a significant increase on historical rates, this is the first time that Kirby has updated their callout service rates in over 10 years.
We appreciate that this may have a downstream impact for your clients and can actively work with customers to offer consignment and van stock solutions for your needs.
We also encourage all customers to replenish their frequently used spare parts via the favourites function in smart@ccess.
