The 2026 Beijer Ref Incentive Trip brought together Kirby HVAC Partners for an unforgettable journey through Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau. Attending customers earned their place on the trip by achieving their respective Gree and HVAC sales targets throughout the 2025/26 sales period.
From the moment the group arrived in Hong Kong, the itinerary delivered a wonderful mix of culture, entertainment and new experiences. Highlights included taking in the spectacular views from Victoria Peak, cruising Victoria Harbour aboard the iconic Aqua Luna and enjoying an evening at the legendary Happy Valley Racecourse.
The journey continued to Zhuhai, with time to explore the sights and sounds of Macau before one of the key highlights of the trip – a visit to the Gree manufacturing facility. Hosted by the Gree China team, guests were treated to an exclusive factory tour, providing an insight into the scale, technology and capabilities behind one of the world’s leading air conditioning manufacturers.

Beyond the incredible destinations and experiences, the trip was about connection and celebration. Time away from the office provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen business relationships, share feedback and celebrate valued partnerships.
Customers also valued the opportunity to connect with fellow Gree Dealers and HVAC Partners, sharing experiences and ideas from across the industry.
“I loved meeting people who utilise Gree products as much as myself but from different fields and different Gree products. I can sell any product, and finding out more information about Gree from other people has made it even easier for me to sell now that I am back home.”
The trip concluded with a rooftop farewell dinner in Zhuhai before the group headed home – taking with them great memories, new connections and plenty of stories to share.
The journey continues in 2027
The 2027 Beijer Ref Incentive Trip will take customers to Queenstown, New Zealand.
Purchases from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 will be recognised towards qualification, so there is still plenty of time to work towards your place on the next incentive trip.
