Payments Now Processed Faster

We’ve made paying your account in Smart@ccess even easier.

Payments made against invoices are now automatically allocated, with processing typically completed within 15 minutes—and often much sooner.

We’ve also introduced a couple of improvements to the payment experience:

Selecting Pay Now on an aged balance (such as Due Now) will automatically select all applicable invoices for payment.
Invoice lists now use a View More button instead of pages, making it easier to browse and select invoices.
Please note: Ad-hoc account payments (payments not allocated to specific invoices) will continue to require manual allocation by our Accounts Receivable team.

These enhancements are designed to make paying your account faster, easier and more convenient.
